Kelvin Finke, Founder & Head Coach
Kelvin has been a strength and conditioning coach for elite and semi-elite athletes for several years. He is an ASCA Level 2 S&C Coach as well as holding his Bachelors in Exercise & Sport Science.
Kate Torkington, Junior Coach
Kate has been a personal training coach for several years specialising in helping clients build long-term healthy habits and proper training mentality. She holds her Certificate III & IV in fitness.
