Our 6 Week programs are built specifically for you, based on your goals. We take into account your training experience, injury history and time availability. This means that whether you are a complete novice and new to training or an aged professional looking to take it up a notch, our programs will be perfect for you.
Holistic Programs.
We believe to truly win and achieve your goals you need an holistic experience. Our coaches will provide you guidance on nutrition, recovery, sleep science and integrate your training to what is required. Our programs are also built with your psychology in mind, knowing that seeing constant results is a big motivator in successful training.
Support Network.
Our final pillar is perhaps the most important. You can have the best training program in the world, but without support and guidance you might not adhere and commit completely to the plan that needs to be performed. Our coaches are down-to-earth, practical and there for you.

How to Get Started
1. Book Consultation & Video Call with Coach
Start your training process by booking a consultation. You will receive an email with instructions on how to link up with your coach. During the video call, we will get to know you as an athlete as well as details on your current training status and athletic goals.
2. Receive Training Program
Once you have finished your video call, your coach will advise you which coaching package is best suited for you and when you will receive your training program. The training program is delivered through a smart software which includes video demonstration, progress tracking and leaderboards.
3. Complete Training Program & Realise Progress
Now it’s time to work! Throughout your training program, your coach will be in contact weekly, analysing your data and helping you with your technique. At the end of the program we will review your results so you can realise the progress that has been made. Many athletes choose to string together multiple training packages in a row for long term success

This coaching package will be recommended if you are based outside of Brisbane, Australia or do not require in person training.
